April showers greet preparations for dedication of Babylon sestercentennial Oak

#KED Westminster Streets Superintendent Larry Bloom and Westminster City Arborist Eric Schlitzer braved a cold April rain to prepare for today's dedication of the Westminster Babylon Sestercentennial Oak at Westminster City Hall, Monday evening, April 28, 2014 right before the Westminster Common Council meeting.
