Jan. 24, 2016 on our way to the Westminster Fire Dept. we took a few snow pictures of Westminster City Hall – Emerald Hill. Since 1842 the home of founding father J.K. Longwell has stood a silent stoic sentry guarding Westminster against the vagaries of the weather and the test of time.
