SARASOTA - The Baltimore Orioles are getting ready to start spring training in Sarasota. And despite all the games that have gone on trying to get this team here, the staff and players are ready to play ball.
Players have already begun to arrive, as pitchers and catchers will report for their first day Wednesday.
A lot goes into spring training. Not only do the players and coaches pick up and move...so does most of the Orioles administrative staff. And being the team's first spring back in Sarasota, there is a lot of work going on at Ed Smith Stadium to make sure the players feel right at home.

The Orioles arrive at their new spring training home after leaving Fort Lauderdale, their spring training home for the last 14 years. And to get ready for their debut, the stadium has gone to the birds.
