The Westminster Police Department, Criminal Investigations Bureau continues to investigate a double shooting which occurred on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. The shooting location was 99 Charles St. which is located in the Bishops Garth apartment complex.
Both subjects injured in the shooting have been treated and released from Carroll Hospital Center. One victim sustained a gunshot wound to the upper right arm and the other an injury to the buttocks. The identity of the victims is being withheld for their protection.
Investigators continue to follow leads to identify the three black males subjects who were observed running to the rear of the apartment buildings after the shooting. The only description of the suspects at this time is that they are black males all in their early 20s.
