Received an automated call stating "Hello this is Heather at Account Services and we're calling in reference to your current credit card accounts. There's no current problems currently with my accounts, it is urgent however that I contact them concerning my eligibility for lowering my interest rates, to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Please press 1 now on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or press 2 to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day."

646-588-1663 Hat Tip: Facebook friend - March 13, 2016 at 12:01 pm If anyone gets a call from this number Block 646-588-1663 (comes up David Ross) and says he's from Windows, it's a scam! Steve and I were already victims of them a couple months ago thinking they were legit but were not! They tried again yesterday and I told them I would be recording the call and they immediately hung up. They then tried to call back last night and I believe he recognized my voice and immediately hung up the phone. They've also tried contacting my mom several times this past week as well! If you google the number it will show you it's a scam and there are also a few others to look out for.
