We did not enjoy the cold and the snow today as we ran a few
errands. I do not like winter. Dec. 17, 2016
The roads were in fairly good shape this afternoon thanks to
the hard work of the Westminster, Carroll County, and Maryland snow removal
crews. They are rock stars and rank up there with Santa Claus this time of the
year.
However, I imagine all the wet roads are going to turn to
ice this evening. If you do not have to go out, stay home. If you must go out
on the roads, please be safe.
The firefighters, EMS providers, and police work hard to
keep you safe and we want all our men and woman in uniform to go home safe to
their families at the end of the day. Do your part, and make some hot chocolate
and watch the Hallmark channel from the warmth and safety of your living room
couch.
