Beyard appointed to the top MD Army Guard enlisted post

Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Beyard will serve as the next Maryland Army National Guard Command Sergeant Major. He replaces Command Sgt. Maj. Leroy Hill, who will retire at the end of the month after a stellar career of nearly 30 years of service to the citizens of the United States and the state of Maryland. Command Sgt. Maj.
