On Saturday, Saturday, January 26, 2019, at 9 a.m., Carroll
County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Steven A. Lockard will be the guest
speaker at the 16th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. breakfast at Martin’s of
Westminster, sponsored by the Carroll County NAACP Branch 7014.
Tickets are still available $35 in advance $40 at the door.
The breakfast is a Carroll County winter tradition and
always well attended. We look forward to seeing you at the breakfast.
