Annapolis, Maryland – Senator Joseph Getty is pleased to announce Westminster resident, Mr. Zeb Rohrback will be honored on the Maryland State Senate floor with a Senate Resolution and a citation from Governor O’Malley on Monday, January 24^th, 2011 at 8:00pm for his heroic actions on November 2^nd, 2011.

Mr. Rohrback is currently attending the Anne Arundel County Community College Police Academy.  On November 2^nd, Mr. Rohrback and two other fellow cadets witnessed a vehicle overturn in a storm water retention pond in Lanham, Maryland.  The cadets were able to stabilize the victim while emergency responders were called.
