ACTION TO TAKE |
- Plan to come to Annapolis Tuesday and possibly Wednesday to sit in the balcony of the House Chamber. Session typically starts at 10am, if there are changes I will send an update.
- Continue to make calls to the members of the House of Delegates- regardless of district and urge them to oppose SB 281
- Share this update! Forward to a friend and post it to your favorite social media site.

A Word About Amendments |
When the bill comes to the House Floor, I will vote against the bill in whatever form it is in. This means I will vote against all amendments, even should the amendments themselves seem to be common sense. I take the view that making the bill "less bad" still does not make it a good bill, no matter how much you amend it.
For this reason, I will vote against all amendments and the bill in its entirety.

Thank you for your continued and tireless efforts.Though it feels like your voices are falling on deaf ears, please do not falter at the finish line. Should the bill pass, I assure you that there will be additional calls to action as we continue to fight this battle on many different fronts.
Constitutionally Yours,
Delegate Don Dwyer, Jr.
Maryland General Assembly
