Theft of Wheelchair

In the "just when you think you have heard it all" department... I heard this call on the monitor; and now the Sykesville police department has sent out the following e-mail:

Dear Neighbors,

Corporal Lewis is investigating the theft of a wheelchair that occurred during the evening hours of Saturday, April 3, 2010. The owner of the wheelchair is a town resident and is paralyzed from the chest down. The adult size wheelchair is red and black in color with "QUICKIE" printed in white lettering on the back of the chair.

If you have any information on its whereabouts or if you locate the wheelchair, please contact me or Corporal Lewis at 410 795-0757. We would like to return it to its owner.

Any assistance or information you may have to offer is greatly appreciated. This investigation is ongoing.
