We’ve been there before, on a number of occasions. Thirteen years ago: Monday, Jan. 13, 2003 – Westminster and Carroll County Fire Depts. Respond to vehicle collision at Rte. 140 and Gorsuch Road http://kevindayhoffwestgov-net.blogspot.com/2003/01/monday-jan-13-2003-westminster-and.html

Monday, Jan. 13, 2003, the Westminster Volunteer Fire Department and many units from Carroll County mutual aid fire departments responded to a multi-vehicle collision with personal injury and entrapment-rescue on the westbound lane of Md. Rte. 140 at Gorsuch Road around 9 pm. Extrication was completed, and the patient was transported by Maryland State Police aviation for further evaluation.
