The purpose of this Fund shall be to honor the memory, life and work of Jeff Graham and to honor his friend, Steve Shatzer. It was/is the goal of each of these men to always do the best in his career and to encourage others, especially youth to do the same. They are both good examples of the importance of honesty, hard work and friendship.
The purpose of the Foundation is to award two Scholarships for a male or female student seeking education in the fields of 1) Automotive/Motorcycle Mechanic and 1) Law Enforcement. A key elements of the Foundation is to commit funds for programs with children in mind. Consideration will be given to Shop with a Cop, the Literacy Council, COPS: Concerns of Police Survivors and other funds as deemed by the advisors.
