Police Chief Says Public Has a Need for Speed ... Cameras

The idea to remove the 15 unit cap on speed cameras in the county was a mere twinkle in Councilman Tom Quirks eye two weeks ago, when Police Chief Jim Johnson appeared before the County Council for his confirmation hearing.
