Sector 2

On 06-26-08 at 9:47 AM, a resident of the first block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Westminster reported that an unknown subject removed a license plate from their 2002 black Toyota Tacoma. No estimated value of loss was reported.

On 06-30-08 at 12:04 PM, this department served an arrest warrant on Patrick McQuire Magruder, age 56 of Madison Street, Westminster. He was taken into custody in the first block of West Main Street and was charged with failure to appear.

On 06-26-08 at 10:00 AM, this department arrested James Leo Nobles, age 42 of Old Riverside Rd., Brooklyn, Maryland. He was taken into custody at Central Booking and charged with one count of failure to appear.

On 06-28-08 at 12:37 PM, a resident of Utz Rd., Hanover Pennsylvania reported that an known suspect had exposed himself to her. This incident occurred in the first block of W Main St in Westminster. Charges pending.

On 06-29-08 at 7:20 PM, this department served a criminal summons on Ever Nain Gonzalez-Cruz, age 21, of Sullivan Ave., Westminster. He was charged with one count each assault-2nd degree and sex offense-4th degree.

On 06-30-08 at 10:35 AM, an employee of Koon’s Toyota located on Baltimore Blvd., Westminster reported that an unknown subject removed the catalytic converter from a 2008 Toyota Tacoma truck. Total loss including damages is valued at $1,000.00. This incident occurred in the overflow lot on Railroad Avenue in Westminster.
