Yard Waste Collection

Yard waste collection is provided by the City Street Department and occurs on each Wednesday from April 1 to November 1 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Citizens should set out yard waste for pick-up before 7:30 a.m. on Wednesdays, but no earlier than noon on Tuesdays. Yard waste must be placed in paper bags or containers no larger than a bushel basket with the lid removed.

Be sure to contact the Street Department in advance at (410) 848-9077 to schedule a pick-up for yard waste, bulk trash, metal, and other special items.
