Eldersburg.Net Weekly Update - September 11, 2010 Carroll County Elections 2010 District 5 Commissioner Candidates This year, the commissioner's race is decided by district. This is due to a 2004 referendum in which voters chose to expand the Board of Commissioners from 3 to 5 seats and divide Carroll County into five districts. Each member of the board is elected in their respective district. District 5 County Commissioner candidates answer, "What do you see as the most important issue to Eldersburg residents and how do you plan to address that issue?"    Read responses
