A-Maizing Quest in Westminster

A-Maizing Quest in Westminster

(Enlarge) The Parikh family of Finksburg - Jay, 7, Zill, 12, and Falguni and Ketan Parikh - explore the corn maze at the Carroll County Agriculture Center in Westminster Sept. 18. The maze, which is more than 2 miles long, is open Friday and Saturday, 5-9 p.m., and Sunday, 2-6 p.m. Flashlights are provided at dusk, and there will be a "haunted maze" Oct. 29 and 30. The theme of the maze is a celebration of Carroll County's agricultural heritage and the maze is in the shape of a cornucopia. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for ages 3-12. Group prices and times are available. For details, call 410 848-6704, or go to www.ccag.biz.
