The 2012 legislative session could bring a change in public
access to documents that detail the occupational and financial interests of
lawmakers.
A proposal previously supported by Senate President Thomas
V. Mike Miller Jr. (D-Dist. 27) of Chesapeake Beach, and spurred by the
corruption trial of Sen. Ulysses S. Currie, could lead lawmakers to consider
putting their ethical disclosure forms online in the upcoming legislative
